My family neglects to inform of the mistreatment by this office. We have been patients of Dr. Hogan for several years. After his office expanded and new doctors came on board, Dr. Hogan personally assured me that although he would mostly be doing major procedures, he would continue seeing my kids, husband and I. We schedule our cleanings way ahead of time to avoid any complications.
Today, I went in the office for the regular cleaning and to after be seen by Dr. Hogan. I had personally requested a day that he is and to ease be informed if he was not going to be in so that I could re-schedule. This is second time I come with my family and I am told that he is not there. The office manager looked at me and said I could get the cleaning done and come back another day to be seen by the doctor. I explained that I requested to know ahead of time and asked to avoid this incident since this was the second time. I was obviously s frustrated, the office was packed. I told them of my disappointment and the office manager asked me if Dr. Hogan had told me he would take care of our family, just let the office know before I come
In person or over the phone. Obviously s I have major reasons why I prefer my dentist for years to take care of us. I had schedule my appointment several weeks in advanced, and this same thing happened last years where we didn’t get serviced for the same reason.
This woman told me I don’t have to raise my voice and I can be removed as a patient but I would be charged if wasn’t seen today.
So first they don’t honor my request that was requested weeks in advance and top of it I still have to pay to not be seen when I have always presented this situation to them. There no notes that This has happened before? Truly upsetting! My kids and I haven’t been seen by the dentist for two appointments now. This could’ve been avoided if they cared enough of concerns and or at least had noted my requests in the past.
I am truly frustrated and upset with this. It was the only dentist we we confortable using for many years. When I claimed why they shouldn’t charged me if we decided to walk away, the two ladies there walked away and the other two were laughing. How humiliating!

I drive all the way from Morristown to see Dr. Hogan and his friendly staff. They always do a great job of explaining treatment options and I am thrilled with the quality of their services.

I’m not a fan of dentist but this guy Michael has given me a change of heart I feel comfortable and happy when I leave the office

OUTSTANDING! The staff is great! Nice to see a staff not obsessed with their phones but actually concerned with the patient! Doctor Hogan is great! He is a zero anxiety dentist!

Friendly staff, comfortable office, and text reminders, which I find very helpful. They do a good job, with none of the unnecessary soliticing that pricey offices sometimes do. Good magazines too.

I followed Dr. Hogan to his new practice even though it is a bit of a distance because he is a great dentist, great "chair-side" manner, knowledgeable and he listens to his patients. Most importantly, I trust him. Same cannot be said for many dentists I have had over the years. So glad I found him at his new practice!
